  •                            Commercialization Plan

"It's not important where we are at. It's where we are going."

The ANEW Commercialization Plan

How do we go about building a company with a culture that makes the spirit of customer service central to all the things that we build and are connected? What does it take to build an integrated energy system? Our ingredients to success starts with high quality products and a customer facing management solution. We are rethinking the way we work. Our example starts with coordinated knowledge across all aspects of our work while it ends with energizing everything that these integrated energy systems are connected to. What does world-class customer service mean? We believe it starts with providing access to information about everything we build and install available on one smart phone screen.

Regardless of weather you are a customer, an installer, or a system financier, we are connecting everything through the ANEW Energy portal we call eScout. How can we build a By focusing on wind, water, and solar renewable energy powering up storage and distribution points, we discovered a new economy. Our equipment is being tested with a 50 year life expectancy in mind. Our product performance must exceed the harsh environmental conditions demands that climate change forces applied on our products.

Anyone, anywhere in the world should be able to get trained and certified in a job that fits their passions and do it all in their native language and respective currencies. Can you imagine millions of renewable energy generators that support tens of thousands of sustainable jobs? We can, and this is our commitment to create jobs while fighting climate change at scale. With customer service is the heart of everything. Sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and focused on the customer. and accounting. Meaningful conversations will all stakeholders are made available across everything our company does to deliver world-class products and services that are simple and effective. Actionable information without the need for meetings requires teams that are equipped with intuitive tools to act quickly.

Investor returns will gain momentum as we identify and pivot to strategic markets. It is unclear where the lowest hanging fruit is at, yet within 12 months we expect to identify these markets, and when we find them, we will empower our sales and marketing workforce to focus on these markets. When there is a need, we must respond with customer support at small and large scale installations. Join us.

Large capital equipment from APT is needed to drive costs out of large metal stamped components. ANEW needs smaller local vendors to feed parts to the assembly line.
Automated sheet metal lasers drive costs to their lowest form.
Tube lasers by BLM can move tons of stainless steel/day in an automated format.
We need large injection molding equipment with full on robotics to drive costs to large molded parts down.
We develop class A tooling needed to deliver volumes at scale.

With a global footprint in mind we need to provide a business operating solution that sets you and your countrymen up for success.

We operate in 28 languages and multiple currencies

As we deploy our solution around the world, we know we need to operate in multiple languages and many currencies.  Our business operating system arrives in your native language to operate your pilot or production line in your currency and taxation rules.   Where you and your countrymen come into play is you need to take ownership in the factory.  ANEW will always support you with the latest products and processes, yet this helps drive the cost renewable energy of ownership to drop to your lowest form factor.

Pilot lines are configured to support geographic renewable energy dominance type(s) to maximize the investment

This Is Our Town

Yep, we are  little crazy about mapping out our future. When we think about  a 10 year technology roadmap, we like to think big.  Cities consume more than 70% of the world's electricity, therefore we see opportunities for retrofitting residential and commercial buildings. We see a world that is much different than the one in which we now live.

Our equipment is over-engineered to guarantee it survives the most extreme environmental conditions.  The equipment has a 50 year life expectancy, and minimal maintenance will be needed for reliably harvesting energy. By addressing multipurpose energy generation potentials, we are creating opportunities to make progress with a pipeline of products we can supply to the market.

"We see a much different world than the  one we are now living in now. "

The definition of freedom; "life off the grid "

A Sustainable Way Of Life

Wildlife friendly, optimized for low wind and water speeds, with storage points that work with your electric vehicle- these are the advantages of the ANEW energy micro-grid systems. We are working to find cost effective solutions that will bridge your interdependent life with your interconnected world.   ANEW is the energy connector that gives you many options to leave the power grid behind, or to build a hybrid system that provides a place to sell excess electricity.

The  ANEW vision of a complete micro-grid also includes crafting vertical farms for residential applications.  These climate controlled, naturally lit structures support a low carbon footprint to deliver produce from farm to fork. Get back to mother nature.

"Get back, to your natural way of living with Mother Nature! "

Solar, wind, hydro storage and distribution over parking

Multi Purpose Energy Structures

We see structures that can collect energy from many renewable energy sources, then store it and distribute it as needed.  We are excited about a long term technology roadmap that brings all energy sources together.  Here is what we are working to deliver:

        Solar over parking

        Hydro generation over parking

        Wind over parking

Gravity power storage as part of the parking structure.

        Electric vehicle power distribution

"We are building a balanced solution where all  energy types  work together."

Urban wind, hydro, solar, storage and distribution

Modifying Existing Structures

Urban centers consume more than 70% of all the electrical power used in the world.  When we look at the cityscape, we see buildings as mega amplifiers when wind hits the structure.  As wind moves around the edge of the building, the speeds are increased.  Building roof tops with long drain spouts that direct water down also become mega amplifiers for micro turbine generators.

The modern skyscraper has glass windows where we can transmit power into the building using inductive charging.   This is one large challenge for micro-grids where we see endless opportunity.

"ANEW is up for the challenge."

Vertical farming meets renewable energy

Vertical Farming With Renewable Energy

You can imagine how much carbon based energy is consumed when produce is harvested in the field, cleaned, packaged in a chilled environment, and then transported to the store where it goes from a refrigerated tractor trailer to a refrigerator in the food store.  We have a better way forward.

When we grow locally, we can focus again on multi-purpose energy structures.  Vertical farming meets sustainable energy source.  We are not sure how big we can make a structure that is easy to install, yet we sure like the idea of considering our solution as a possible way forward.

"Onward and up!"

"We must look at reducing economic and infrastructure vulnerability."

Key Barriers For Adoption Of Renewable Energy

In July 2020 - The Australian based Farmers for Climate Action released their list of why renewables are not emerging faster.  We need to address these matters first.  The Australians  include:

        Lack of trust in suppliers

Lack of understanding about feasibility & economics

Lack of access to consultancy services in the regional area

        High capital costs

        Confusion around grid/demand charges

Scarcity of examples to learn from

ANEW Energy is working to bridge these barriers.
